Master's Practicum Therapist
Ellen enjoys supporting adolescents, teens, and adults in individual settings to reach their aspired goals for health and wellbeing. She aims to provide culturally sound therapeutic services that offer corrective experiences for clients and empower them to create a full and meaningful life. Ellen works from a strengths-based, person-centered lens while also utilizing cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based skills. She is passionate about establishing a collaborative therapeutic relationship that incorporates each individual’s values and goals throughout treatment and healing. She will receive a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology in May 2020, with a graduate minor in Integrative Therapies and Healing Practices.
