Katie Ernst – MA, LMFT

Katie is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in the Counseling Psychology program with a Marriage and Family Therapy Concentration.
Katie has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in schools and community mental health centers. She has a special interest in working with parents to help support and create change within the family system when working with children. She also has experience in working with individuals who are in foster care or who have been adopted and their families.
Katie believes in working collaboratively with clients to meet the unique needs and goals of each client and family system. She believes that fostering a strong, trusting, non-judgemental, therapeutic relationship is essential to the development and growth of clients.
