Abbey Blair – MA, LAMFT
Abbey’s primary clinical experience is working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as working with individuals and group therapy settings. In addition to her master’s degree, she is trained in prepare-enrich and is Gottman level one certified.
During her career, Abbey has worked with a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, mood/behavior disorders, ADHD, stress/ trauma, developmental delays, and various cognitive/ developmental disorders.
When working with clients, Abbey utilizes a family systems approach through the use of emotionally focused therapy, bowenian therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. She also utilizes psycho-education for clients, as well as is mindful of the brain-body connection. Abbey believes that all systems are connected and can lend towards a more comprehensive and thoughtful journey into growth and healing.
