Abby Gray – MA, LADC

Post-Master's Fellow

Abby Gray is a Post Master’s Fellow Clinical Trainee at the Lorenz Clinic and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Co-Occurring Disorders from the University of St. Thomas.

Abby has experience working in hospitals and treatment centers, dealing with a variety of concerns. These concerns include depression, anxiety, substance use, grief, trauma, guilt/shame, and self-esteem issues.

Abby uses a combination of person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches in therapy to help those she is working with. Abby understands the vulnerability clients experience with coming therapy and is passionate about creating a safe space for clients. She takes an approach to meet clients where they are at and uses unconditional positive regard to establish and maintain a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients.

This clinician is supervised by a licensed psychologist.
