Allison Hable – MS, LPCC
Mental Health Professional
Allie (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and received her master’s in counseling psychology at the University of Kansas. After finishing her degree, Allie moved back home to the Twin Cities and has worked with children, adolescents, and families in various mental health settings including a domestic violence shelter, schools, and clinics. Allie has over two years experience providing intensive-outpatient services to preschool-aged children in a day treatment classroom. Allie is a registered yoga teacher, with a specific interest in trauma-sensitive yoga.
Allie provides a balance of structure and play in her treatment approach with children, in addition to empowering caregivers to feel like they’re the experts on their families and in control of their homes again. She works alongside clients to address behavioral concerns, build connections in family relationships, and learn emotional regulation skills- or how to manage our “big feelings.”
Allie approaches therapy by providing a holistic, non-judgmental, and client-centered environment.
