Outreach Specialist & Care Coordinator
Amy holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is a Mental Health Practitioner I. Her background is in direct care with children, teens, and adults in a variety of mental health settings. She has worked in Intensive Outpatient Programs, Day Treatment, Group Therapy and Residential settings, and has experience providing mental health care coordination as a Targeted Case Manager.
Because of her background in direct care, Amy has seen the positive impact that therapy can make. She is passionate about helping children, families, and adults find accessible mental health care that fits their needs. Amy works to destigmatize mental illness and enjoys discussing the life-changing benefits of therapy.
As the Care Coordinator and Outreach Specialist for Lorenz Clinic, Amy coordinates care before and throughout services for clients and families, provides clinical support in Early Childhood Day Treatment, and works in the community to raise awareness of mental health services. She works to make treatment accessible for all children, families, and adults and can answer questions you may have about mental health care and services at Lorenz Clinic.
