Catherine has a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and has been working in the field of social work and psychology for 5 years.
Catherine has had experience working with individuals of all ages and has experience working with the foster and adopt population and neurodiverse population. Catherine utilizes a systems approach to her clients to ensure she meets them where they are at and address their specific needs. Catherine likes to take a creative and strength based approach to working with her clients to help foster a trusting relationship with her clients. While partnering with her clients, Catherine hopes to provide guidance and support through their therapeutic journey.
