Catherine Lindemann – MSW, LGSW

Catherine has a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, with over five years of experience in the field.
She’s worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, including those in the foster and adoptive communities, neurodiverse individuals, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Catherine has also helped clients struggling with anxiety, depression, sudden life stressors, life transitions, and complicated family dynamics. She takes a holistic, personalized approach to therapy, always meeting clients where they are and focusing on their unique needs and values.
Her style is warm, creative, and strengths-based, building trust and collaboration so that clients feel supported as they work toward their personal goals.
