Connie Semmelroth – MA, APRN, PMHNP-BC, PHN

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Connie (she/her) is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, board certified, lifespan. Connie has 16 years of experience practicing in outpatient mental health settings, partnering in care with child, adolescent, and adult populations.

Connie provides diagnostic assessments and psychiatric medication management for person‘s ages 5 to 40 years. She has a special interest in autism. She also treats other mental health illnesses including: ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ODD, and mood disorders.

Connie is committed to partnering with individuals and families to create the best possible treatment plan of care. She also enjoys working in a team approach with multidisciplinary clinicians to achieve the best outcome of change.
