Emily Jaeger – M.S., LAMFT
Emily is a graduate of St. Cloud State University’s Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy Program. She provides individual, couple, and family therapy for ages six and above.
Emily has experience working with teenagers, adults, couples, and families in a day treatment and outpatient setting. She has special interests in working with teenagers, adults, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidality, stress, trauma, and relational conflict or disconnection. In addition, she is certified as a prepare/enrich facilitator and enjoys working with couples interested in premarital counseling.
Emily takes a systemic, emotionally focused, and attachment-based approach to therapy working collaboratively with the client and family to meet their needs and goals. She believes that creating a safe space to build a trusting, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing and growth process.
