Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Erica is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who obtained her master’s of science from the University of North Dakota. She provides diagnostic assessment and medication management for the adult population. Her experience includes working as a public health nurse, advocating for clients with many different backgrounds and ages, and assisting them to achieve the level of health they strived for through client and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Using a holistic and evidenced-based approach, Erica strives to meet her clients;’ individual needs to help in obtaining their healthcare goals. She believes to achieve the best health outcomes it takes a team approach working with her client, as well as all multidisciplinary providers collaboratively.
Within her work, Erica works to meet the client where they are in their health journey to better gain an understanding of what they want to achieve for their health. Once this information is established Erica works with her clients to establish obtainable steps through an individualized treatment plan to assist the client to move toward the goals they strive for.
