Grace Cimino – MA, LPCC
Mental Health Professional
Grace Cimino (she/her/hers) has worked in numerous settings over her 10 years as a mental health professional. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and prides herself in having worked in every level of the mental health system, including Partial Hospitalization Programs, Inpatient, and Residential treatment. Since 2020, she has maintained a certificate in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Grace’s clinical focus is on late adolescents and adults. She has years of practice in treating struggles related to Depression, Bipolar, PTSD, Anxiety, OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, self injurious behavior, and ADHD. Additionally, over the last 3 years, she has led DBT/CBT psychoeducational groups.
Grace pulls from a variety of therapeutic approaches, particularly utilizing DBT, CBT, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and relational techniques. Grace has additional experience in treating OCD with Exposure Ritual Prevention, grief and loss, and uplifting LGBTQIA persons.
Grace leads with a dialectic approach, with acceptance of who you are and where you are, while also providing tools to foster growth and change.
