Heidi Struck – M.S.

Mental Health Practitioner II

Heidi’s passion of people, listening and the ability to express empathy without judgement inspired her to pursue a career in mental health. She enjoys meeting and interacting with people everyday while assisting individuals in their efforts to better their lives, change their circumstances and learn more about themselves.

She is certified in Tf-CBT and has experience in LGBTQ+ services as well as working with victims and survivors of sexual violence.

Heidi’s approach to treating anxiety typically includes psychoeducation, implementation of coping skills, and CBT from a client-focused, narrative approach.

Over the course of her professional mental health journey, Heidi has learned an individual’s mental health is intrinsically connected to the world around them. Identities, support systems, skills, and circumstances all play a role in an individual’s healing process and journey.

Heidi graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from the University of MN – Twin Cities.
