Jennifer Noboise – MA

Jenn graduated from Lesley University with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling specializing in dance/movement therapy and is a Registered-Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) accredited from the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA). Prior to earning her master’s, Jenn earned her bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato where she studied Pre-Professional Dance/Movement Therapy and minored in Psychology.
As a black, biracial woman, Jenn understands the importance and necessity of providing culturally affirming and inclusive services for all individuals and their unique backgrounds. In her work, Jenn utilizes client-centered and multicultural approaches paired with expressive art practices. She addresses clients with an empathetic and compassionate manner and encourages the use of art, dance, yoga, and mindfulness to address underlying issues. Talk therapy can be hard, and utilizing expressive outlets can help by tapping into your creativity and self.
In her career, Jenn has provided services to children, adolescents and adults with anxiety, chronic pain, couples counseling, depression, divorce/uncoupling, grief and loss, mental health professionals, sexual assault/abuse, stress, and trauma.
