Jessica Lynch – MA, LMFT

Clinical Supervisor

Jessica is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who approaches therapy, whether with individuals, couples, or families from an open, strengths-based perspective. She believes that everyone deserves to have a safe therapeutic space to unpack, process, and explore experiences and relationships. She believes in culturally centered care, building cultural awareness- and seeking to promote equity in mental health care.

Jessica carries a specialty clinical focus in working with individuals and families impacted by trauma and highly stressful events. She also has gained much experience in working with those engaged in & impacted by Foster Care & Adoption, those experiencing grief/loss, life transitions, relational struggles, communication & conflict resolution issues. Jessica works with children from the age of birth, and engages in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) & Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).

Jessica completed her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel University & Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Northwestern. She has many years of experience in providing services in both community based and outpatient settings. She is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor through the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and an approved Minnesota LMFT and LPC/LPCC Supervisor.
