Jonathan Hess – MSW, LGSW

Post-Master's Fellow

Jonathan received a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree from Augsburg University. He has experience working with adults from various cultural backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ community.

Past experiences for Jonathan include working with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relational challenges, and trauma-related issues.

In treatment, Jonathan uses several theoretical approaches, including trauma-informed, person-centered, collaborative, and relational approaches to therapy. He also draws on psychodynamic and attachment theories and utilizes psychoeducation to empower clients.
