Kaila Dierke – MA
Post Master's Fellow
Kaila (she/her) has earned a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Colorado Boulder. She has a background working in school settings as a district-wide substitute teacher, where she supported students across a wide range of ages and developmental needs.
Kaila is committed to delivering person-centered, culturally responsive care to individuals across the lifespan. She is especially passionate about working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, identity development, self-esteem, and relational challenges.
Kaila strives to create a warm, collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their growth.
