Kristine Vannurden – MA, LADC

Post-Master's Fellow

Kristine Vannurden (she/her), MA, LADC, holds a master’s degree in Co-Occurring Disorders from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. With over three decades of experience working with high-achieving, high-producing professionals, Kristine understands that success is not just what you do, but who you are and will work with you to promote a balanced life, rediscover yourself and help you reclaim your joy. Using a sense of humor, curiosity, and validation, Kristine strives to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where the client feels heard and understood.

Kristine utilizes a variety of client-centered approaches and techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.  She has a special interest in working with high achieving professionals, the neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ communities as well as the following; Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Relationship Concerns, and Personal Growth Life Transitions
