Staff Psychologist

Dr. Favre graduated from Tennessee State University before pursuing her Predoctoral Internship and Postdoctoral Fellowship at Vanderbilt University. In her training, she focused primarily on providing therapy and assessment services to a multiculturally diverse population.  She strives to incorporate social justice and inclusivity into her work as a psychologist.

Dr. Favre is committed to addressing issues of power and privilege in her work, and she feels honored to work with clients who hold marginalized, minority, or underserved identities. Her work is integrative and tailored to each individual client. Dr. Favre’s assessment and therapy work are grounded in evidence-based practices, and she integrates theories and techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Theory.
