Lauren Singstock – BA
Practicum Student
Lauren is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology degree and a minor in Hispanic Studies from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where she also played soccer at the collegiate level.
Lauren has experience working with a variety of populations but has predominantly worked with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her work with these individuals has involved helping them enhance their daily functioning by increasing their ability to engage in daily living activities and academic activities. Through her work with ASD, she has discovered her passion to help her clients reconnect with themselves and with others.
In her work with clients, she offers a person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative environment, and uses an integrative approach to meet the needs of each unique individual. She has a significant desire to continue to broaden her work and provide therapy for people of all ages with a variety of experiences.
