Lindsay Fiedler-Schiel – MSEd, LPCC

Director of Intensive Mental Health Programs

Lindsay (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse and her Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  Lindsay works with adolescents, adults, and families in person at our Prior Lake and Rosemount locations as well as via telehealth.  In addition to her clinical practice, Lindsay also serves as the Director of Outpatient Psychotherapy across the Lorenz system.

Lindsay recognizes the courage and vulnerability it takes to make the initial phone call for help whether you’re calling for yourself or as a concerned loved one. Lindsay is committed to ensuring that anyone’s first step in their healing journey is met with individual and family-centered care through consistency, hope, empowerment, communication, and understanding.  Lindsay strives to embrace a compassionate presence and works to normalize your experience.

Lindsay’s therapeutic approach is to create a safe environment through empathy and compassionate listening that will aid you in exploring your thoughts and feelings about current difficulties as a function of the past and past experiences.  Lindsay partners with you in a collaborative way to build resilience, repair, cope, and develop necessary skills to create life success.  Lindsay works with each individual to help them identify their strengths and think deeply about their experience in order to achieve the personal growth they’re committed to accomplishing.
