Norma Cox – MS, LPCC
Mental Health Professional
Norma received her master’s degree from Minnesota State University – Mankato in Community Counseling. In past experiences, she has counseled clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and eating disorders.
In working with the client, Norma treats each person as an individual with strengths that they can apply when dealing with difficulties. Norma’s task is to assist each client in recognizing those assets and how they may apply those strengths to manage life’s challenges.
Learning who clients are and their needs allows Norma to help them use their strengths to manage their issues. In therapy, Norma takes a broad approach with all clients and utilizes Person-Centered and Solution Focused counseling.
