Renee Carlson – MS, LPCC

Mental Health Professional

Renee (she/her)has two decades of helping children and families in a variety of settings. Renee’s passion is to help people live their best life! She is open minded, calm, and supportive.

Within her role, Renee assists others to find ways of managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, divorce, as well as any developmental transitions. She enjoys incorporating lifestyle changes to enhance a persons complete well-being.

Clients working with Renee can expect her to use/incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Creative Activities, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT).
