Sarah Bourassa – M.Ed., LPCC
Mental Health Professional
Sarah holds a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from North Dakota State University. She has experience working with individuals, families, and children in outpatient settings, schools, day treatment settings, and via telehealth. Sarah utilizes a person-centered, strength based, collaborative approach with clients to address anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, shame, life transitions, relational conflicts, and stress/trauma. Additionally, Sarah has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Developmental Repair.
Sarah is dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate space for clients to use their unique strengths to meet their goals. She strives to empathetically support clients in their self exploration and processing. Sarah often utilizes humor and play to build a therapeutic connection that helps clients grow into their potential.
