Sydney Boeser – MSW, LGSW
Post-Master's Fellow
Sydney received a Master’s of Social Work Degree from the University of St. Thomas and an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Bethel University. Prior to becoming a Master’s level Social worker, Sydney has gained experience working in a hospital and elementary school with children and families. She has experience working with a diverse group ranging in different ages and cultural backgrounds.
While working with clients, Sydney utilizes a strengths-based and person-centered approach that ensures each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Sydney empowers clients to explore their emotions while developing coping strategies and achieving personal growth by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivation Interviewing while also applying Family Systems Theory.
