Taylor (she/her) holds a BS in Psychology from University of Minnesota and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Counseling Program from The Family Institute at Northwestern University.
She has a wide-range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as within Adult Foster Care settings. Taylor’s areas of interest are neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, and trauma.
Taylor takes a holistic, strength-based, relational approach to therapy, inclusive of practicing through a psychodynamic orientation with a foundation focus in both humanistic and existential theories.
She conceptualizes through a systemic lens, considering all aspects of intersectionality, culture, and environment when empathetically understanding each individual’s subjective identity and worldview.
Taylor’s goals are to empower others to develop their genuine identities and enlighten their authentic experiences of joy, hope, and happiness.
