Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis Named Director of Outpatient Psychotherapy

Ashley Junghans-Rutelonis, PhD, LP

Lorenz Clinic is thrilled to welcome Ashley Junghans-Rutelonis, PhD, LP who has been appointed Director of Outpatient Psychotherapy. In this role, she will plan, develop, manage, and oversee the administration and growth of the clinic’s outpatient psychotherapy services, one of many service lines within the overall system. She will serve in a consultative role to the system’s outpatient psychotherapists regarding both clinical and organizational development. Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis will also play a key role in managing for clinical effectiveness, provider experience, compliance, sustainability, program utilization and reach.

Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis comes to Lorenz from Behavioral Healthcare Providers where she served as clinical manager, leading a team of over 50 clinicians. She has worked in multiple healthcare systems within the state of Minnesota including Hennepin Healthcare, Children’s Hospitals and Clinic of Minnesota, and the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Through her unique combination

of operational skill and clinical knowledge, she has set training and educational programs on continuous improvement tracks, improved communication pathways between leadership and staff, supported provider wellness, and improved the quality of the patient care experience.

Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis rounds out Lorenz’s leadership team, which is comprised of a three-MBA-led C-Suite as well as individual directors of the clinic’s training department and distinct service lines, psychiatric services, intensive in-home and day-treatment services, and outpatient psychotherapy.
