Early Childhood Day Treatment

The goal of day treatment is to improve functioning and minimize the imposing behaviors so children can continue to live, play, and learn within the community.

Children who benefit from this service are those from the ages of 3-to-7 whose behaviors have caused disruption in their daily lives. Often these children have been removed, or are at risk of being removed from their daycare or preschool settings due to these challenging behaviors. Is your child having frequent meltdowns, tantrums, or aggression that is difficult to manage?

We can help!

Each child will receive a diagnostic assessment and treatment plan specifically tailored to his or her needs to ensure they can get back on target with developmentally appropriate behavior. Children will meet 5 days a week, 3 hours a day, with a group of up to 6 preschoolers.

Our staff includes mental health professionals and practitioners who are specially trained to work with children in early childhood.

If you are a professional interested in referring someone to our Day Treatment program, please fax the request to 952-443-4604 with a signed release of information form. We will contact the client to schedule. If you have any questions, please contact us at 952-443-4600.
