Dr. Anna Ludowese – DNP, APRN, CNP, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Ludowese is a board-certified psychiatric mental-health nurse practitioner who provides person-centered psychiatric care for clients of all ages. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. In her role, Dr. Ludowese provides psychiatric assessments and medication management with supportive psychotherapy integrated throughout visits.

Prior to completing her doctorate, Dr. Ludowese worked as an RN at a pediatric psychiatric inpatient hospital. She is passionate about providing quality, evidence-based care specific to the needs of each client. When working with a client, Dr. Ludowese seeks to provide holistic care, examining the various aspects that impact a person’s wellbeing – physical, emotional, mental, relational, environmental, and spiritual. As an advocate for evidence-based lifestyle adjustments geared towards supporting mental health and wellbeing, she collaborates with clients to create joint treatment plans and goals to help them on their path to healing.

Dr. Ludowese works with a wide scope of mental health needs including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, attention disorders, mood disorders, trauma, attachment disorders, and other psychiatric disorders for clients ages 6-64.
