In combination with CBT & DBT, a client will dive deep into self exploration, and gain valuable skills and tools to help navigate the difficulties they’re experiencing. Erin empowers clients to collaborate with her and encourages them to be an active participant in their sessions. Erin strives to create a genuine, empathetic, and positive environment for her clients to support authentic learning and application of various skills and tools.
