Baylee Engquist – BSW
Practicum Student
Baylee (she/her) is pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at Saint Mary’s University, Minneapolis. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Baylee also practices as a medical social worker in the Twin Cities working with individuals in the adult population. Some of her experience includes working with patients on hospice, providing support and resources for caregivers of family members, supporting patients through new diagnosis, and connecting patients to substance abuse treatment.
Baylee focuses on providing a non judgemental, welcoming space where client’s feel empowered to be themselves. She takes a strength based approach when working with clients and incorporates approaches that are evidence based to help clients meet their goals in therapy.
Baylee strives to uphold a client’s autonomy and right to self-determination, working alongside them throughout their journey in therapy.
