Rebekah Hjermstad – MA, LPCC, NCC

Mental Health Professional

Rebekah has over ten years of experience providing therapy to adults, youth, and children in the outpatient setting. This includes facilitating a number of process and skills groups with both youth and adults, focusing on practical life skills for those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, emotion regulation challenges, and parenting support.

When working with clients, Rebekah assists with practical skills for concerns including anxiety, depression, social and emotional struggles, ADHD support, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and relational and religious abuse.

Rebekah approaches counseling from a developmental perspective while utilizing cognitive behavioral and narrative therapies (telling/rewriting your story), along with practical coaching and skills training.

For positive changes in mental and behavioral health, Rebekah believes that the family is an important part of the process of healing and growth, and enjoys focusing on collaborative parent-child relationships.
