Group Therapy

Sometimes you need others who understand because they’ve lived what you’re going through. Learning about yourself and others can be difficult in daily life. Group therapy offers a unique, safe, and private way to know you’re not alone.

Group therapy can be an effective way to address a wide variety of concerns in a safe and accepting environment. It offers a place to connect with others on similar issues in a confidential space. Typically, a group consists of 6-8 members, and is led by two clinicians.

Group therapy can offer the following benefits:

Receive support from group members to help overcome life’s struggles

Gain perspective and feedback from others

Realize you aren’t alone in your struggles by connecting with other members

Practice and learn skills to help improve relationships in your life

Learn more about yourself and how you relate to others
