Our struggles in life are like the cycles of the moon – waxing and waning to create feelings of fulfillment, opportunities for new beginnings, and a variety of moments in between. Amy (she/her) strives to create a warm and inviting space where you can come to feel seen, heard, and respected as an individual. She attempts to bring her authentic self into sessions to create an experience of comfort and consistency in the process.
