Seeing patients ages 5-65 with a focus on youth and young adults, Julie has a special interest in supporting parents whose children are struggling to manage their mental health.
Using a systems view, Julie draws from a range of therapeutic styles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused models. Julie believes that the relationship between patient and clinician is at the core of the therapeutic process. Always striving to keep the goals of the patient as the primary focus of each session, Julie is skilled at making people feel at ease while encouraging them to take a closer look at their experiences.
