Taylor Stotz – MA
Taylor (she/her/hers) earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in dance/movement therapy at Lesley University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Winona State University. Her work with clients is based in cultural humility and trauma-informed practice.
Taylor has experience working with individuals with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and identity exploration.
Taylor utilizes a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy that acknowledges the holistic influence of the mind-body connection in each individual’s experience. In addition to talk-based therapy, Taylor’s skillset as a registered dance/movement therapist (R-DMT) incorporates body-based interventions to help clients process and work towards their goals. Whether it is dance/movement therapy or talk therapy, Taylor aims to create a supportive space for clients to navigate their concerns.
