New Clinic Coming to Rosemount!

Lorenz Clinic is thrilled to announce it is building a new clinic in Rosemount, set to open late this year.  The project is over two years’ in the making, and the clinic is more resolved than ever in its mission of expanding access to integral mental health services.

The new clinic features two additional levels of care, Family-Focused Home-Based therapy and Day Treatment, beyond its existing Medication Management and Outpatient Therapy programs.  The new site will replace its former Rosemount location, currently located on 146th St W, and will provide the necessary space to support the company’s rapid growth and continued investment in the health and wellness of our community.

Designed by Synergy Architecture Studio and developed by Davis Healthcare Real Estate, the new 11,000 square foot building will feature ample outpatient therapy spaces, large Day Treatment suites, a clerestory-windowed gymnasium, a home-based co-working pod built with collaboration in mind, and a private waiting area with refreshments.  The space was built with staff balance and comfort in the fore, with centerpiece clinician break, patio, and professional education spaces devoted to clinician balance.  Environmental sustainability also played heavily in the building’s design, and the lot will be the first in Rosemount to feature a maintenance free landscape.

This new building will give room for a multidisciplinary staff that includes child specialists, couples counselors, and adult therapists who specialize in the care listed above. Having these services under one roof helps us impact many problems from a variety of angles, making change more likely and sustainable. With this addition to our organization, will be able to support the children and families around the southern Twin Cities area with more room for therapy and additional services of care.

The new property offers excellent and convenient accessibility for you and your family just off Carrousel Way across from Independent School District 196 and the Marcus Rosemount Theatre.
