Alexandra is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She previously obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona.

Alexandra is passionate about helping clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other difficulties that impact their day-to-day functioning. She has a significant passion for working with children and families in particular. Alexandra also has experience collaborating with children from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She prioritizes providing clients with an environment that is collaborative and accepting, as she recognizes the therapeutic relationship to be especially important. Alexandra works to meet clients where they are at, coming into each session with sensitivity to each individual’s circumstances. Through this approach, Alexandra works to empower clients to recognize their current strengths while adding new skills to their toolbox to work towards treatment goals.
